Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Marketing Consultant to drive client go-to-market programs and projects.
Position Overview
In the Marketing Consultant Role, you will help drive client engagements, manage impactful projects end-to-end, and support the development of communications and content. The ideal person for this role can manage rapidly moving project components, drive action with program stakeholders, and learn our client’s business to become a key member of the program team. This person brings a combination of project management and B2B marketing communications experience, along with a bias for action and can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support external clients and Audienz consultants with B2B tech marketing projects.
- Structure and manage complex, rapidly moving project workstreams with time to think strategically beyond the immediate task of managing the project.
- Lead client communications, facilitate meetings and proactively identify risks to the project.
- Drive collaboration within the project team and with external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Manage different resources and orchestrate teams to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
- Communicate recommendations with articulation and intention.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, becoming a key partner to the client team.
- Support the development of well-structured and innovative materials (e.g. executive communications, program updates, playbooks, sales materials).
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in the client’s business and in areas relevant to Audienz.
- Support internal projects and initiatives, helping execute the Audienz vision and growth strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing.
- 3+ years' experience managing large projects/programs and content end-to-end (e.g. go-to-market campaigns, company rebranding, events).
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with senior management, as well as cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Ability to drive projects autonomously and take ownership over work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the greater Seattle area beneficial, but not required.
- Agency and/or Microsoft experience beneficial.
