As a Marketing Project Manager you will be a trusted consultant to your client, projects and the business. Your main duties will include building client relationships with day-to-day client contact, team management, and management of a number of projects on a day-to-day basis. This role is a great mix of marketing strategy, driving client success and growth, project management, and communication.

You will be responsible for managing a team to keep projects on track and deliver key metrics that measure the success of campaigns that grow the revenue of both our clients and their partnerships.


What You'll Be Doing

bChannels is a global marketing consulting agency that does B2B (business to business marketing) for Fortune 100 technology companies, such as Amazon, HP and VMware to name a few.

Our Digital Marketing Specialists help our clients by consulting with their partners on strategic marketing decisions. You will use your knowledge and experience in different marketing tactics to recommend campaigns to help our partners accomplish their goals.

For this role, you will be working with the Amazon Web Services marketing team. AWS is the world's most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 fully featured services from data centers globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-day execution and delivery of projects
  • Day-day supervision of project team members, ensuring the team understand their project priorities & KPI’s, and are successfully executing against these
  • Coordinating and providing training to team members
  • First point of contact for specific client deliverables (e.g. reporting, reviews, feedback)
  • Coordinating and attending project reviews; attending account planning sessions
  • Escalation point for internal project team; identification and resolution of client issues with escalation to Program Manager/Director where necessary
  • Be able to articulate resolution to client issues. In some cases, be responsible to communicate resolution directly to the client.
  • Ensure that project goals are delivered on time
  • Manage team KPI's & ensuring delivery of KPI's on the project
  • QBR management & ownership of monthly reviews
  • Relationship building with client, to ensure project retention and growth


Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to five years’ experience as a Team Lead, Project Manager, Client Success Manager, Account Manager or Partner Marketing Manager
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to understand project goals and objectives to drive success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow, improve and create processes
  • Experience managing or mentoring people
  • Strong reporting and presenting skills
  • Client management (ad hoc requests, reporting, calls, process discussion)
  • B2B Marketing or Channel/Partner Marketing experience (a plus)
  • Third party management experience (a plus)
  • Prior experience managing the day to day execution and delivery of a major project
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both client and internal teams
  • Excellent client liaison skills and the ability to manage multiple client stakeholder relationships in different regions
  • SFDC experience is preferred for this role, but not required. CRM experience is helpful
